Single Again - New Rules to Dating

1. Never be someone’s first rebound relationship.

  1. Try to avoid a new “coupling” in your first year. Enjoy being single!

  2. Decide what you’re looking for—casual or long term?

4. Don’t lie about your age.

5. Nothing wrong with dating sites as they provide another source of single faces, but use your best judgment.

6. While using a dating site, include pictures of you, NOT your hot friends.

7. Always try to split the check on the rst date.

8. Meet at the venue.

9. Don’t be too quick to judge. You’re a wiser, more mature version of you 20 years ago.

10. Do NOT become social media friends until afterthe first date.

11. Watch the booze.

  1. Save the juicy details of your life story for future dates.

  2. Endless texting before you meet is a terrible waste of time. Meet ASAP and then decide if you want to keep texting.

  3. Become familiar with these phrases: “Separat-
ed” means he’s here, his wife is at home. “Going through a divorce,” means he’s not happy at home, or is facing a long celibate road ahead. “Recently divorced” means RUN!

  4. Timing is everything!
